Sometimes spoken as an opening
to gain entrapment
like a fairytale

Do you love me

roll on the happy ending

The heart of a beast is served as offal
so why should ours be any different
something to be plucked out and served

but today

I will lie for you
of course I love your uncle
my friend laughs

Saying you collect fools
I utter like charms on a bracelet
Pretty to look at but cast on the dresser in the morning knowing they mean nothing
